Fluffé! is dedicated to organizing events that take place in a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for all parties involved. This includes participants, organizing team members, and partners involved in hosting the event.
Therefore, it is important to read and understand this Code of Conduct before registering and participating in the event.
1. Consent and interactions#
Consent is mandatory at all times during the event and must be obtained for all interactions such as physical contact and taking photos.
Participation in the event does not constitute a form of consent. Please be mindful of others and tailor your behaviour appropriately to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for the community.
2. Clothing#
Body nudity (including buttocks) is prohibited. Therefore, attendees must wear clothing over their underwear, such as shorts, pants, a fursuit, etc. If your underwear is visible, please ensure it remains tasteful and respectful. Diapers are considered underwear.
Footwear must be worn at all times at the event for safety. If you are wearing fursuit paws, please use fursuit sandals or outdoor feet paws if possible.
Uniforms representing or inspired by figures of authority are prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, military and police outfits.
Leashes are prohibited for the safety of the event. As such, ropes and chains must not hang freely. Shibari must be strictly aesthetic and must not restrict movement.
ABDL onesies are allowed.
3. Venue#
Please remember that we are guests at the venue. As such, we ask that you respect the facilities, equipment, staff, and the surrounding neighborhood.
Property damage will not be tolerated. The venue may require compensation from participants for any damage caused to its facilities.
4. Respecting others’ property#
Please be mindful of others’ clothing, equipment, and other personal belongings. Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings and bring them at their own risk.
5. Prohibited items and activities#
Sexual activities are not permitted during the event at any time or in any place.
Outside drinks are prohibited in the venue. All drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) must be purchased at the venue’s bar. Water will be provided free of charge on site.
Smoking and vaping is prohibited inside the venue. Please use the designated outdoor smoking areas.
No drugs or illicit substances are tolerated at the event.
Due to limited space, please do not bring fursuit bins, suitcases or large equipment. If they cannot be left in a car or at home, they must be left at the coat check. In such cases, please opt for backpacks or foldable bags, such as IKEA bags or those of a similar size and flexibility.
Prop weapons are prohibited at the event.
6. Photography and recording#
By attending the event, you acknowledge that you may be photographed or filmed by the event organizers and partners for promotional purposes. You may refuse to be photographed or filmed by asking the photographer directly during the event.
Only cell phones are permitted for taking photos and videos at the event, unless discussed with the Fluffé! team and obtained permission. Therefore, please discuss the matter with the team before bringing camera equipment at the event. All media taken at the event and shared online publicly or in Fluffé! channels may also be used by the organizers for promotional purposes.
7. Warranties and limitations of liability#
Fluffé! and the venue are not responsible for any theft, loss, property damage or bodily injury (direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential) at the event.
The maximum liability for claims arising from the event is limited to the amount paid by the attendee for the event ticket.
This code of conduct applies to all physical and virtual spaces of the event such as the Telegram chat group.
The event may be cancelled if pre-sales are insufficient to produce the event. In such a case, a refund will be issued to all ticket holders.
8. Right to refuse service#
Fluffé! and the venue reserve the right to expel any participant from the event if their actions, behaviour, or participation disrupt the event or the enjoyment of others. It is possible to appeal an expulsion decision by contacting the Fluffé! team.
If a participant’s actions are deemed disruptive or dangerous to themselves or others, they may be expelled from the event at the organizers’ discretion.
Fluffé! and the venue also reserve the right to refuse entry to any individual without having to disclose the reason.
